Finger ice makers BREMA IFM et al.
Finger ice ice makers are professional equipment for the manufacture of cylindrical ice pieces with a cavity inside, used for cooling cocktails, alcoholic and soft drinks. This form of ice provides very fast cooling of the liquid due to the large area of contact of the "finger" with the drink.
The models are produced in two versions: water-cooled and air-cooled. When ordering, it is necessary to choose the appropriate type of cooling – W (water – water) or A (air – air). It is also possible to modify with the installation of a dry pump (drain pump), such models receive the DP index. And for customers who care about the environmental friendliness of production, the company is ready to make modifications without the use of HFC (HFC-free) - they are marked with the letters HC.
